Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver SEO strategies that improve rankings, traffic and conversions
Carry out technical SEO audits and implement recommendations
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and content planning
Optimise websites for technical SEO, on-page SEO and Core Web Vitals
Deliver link building and digital PR campaigns
Manage Local SEO strategies and Google Business Profiles
Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs and SEMrush
Lead monthly client meetings and present campaign performance
Build trusted relationships with clients and become their SEO advisor
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and improve results

Requirements

At least 3 years' SEO experience, ideally within a marketing agency
Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page and Local SEO
Proven success improving organic rankings, traffic and conversions
Experience managing multiple client accounts
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and SEMrush
WordPress experience with a working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Excellent presentation and client communication skills
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Strong organisational and project management skills
Full UK driving licence
