Part-Time Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Your main objective is to generate new team leads (captains and squads looking to enter our leagues) by optimizing our current ads and looking for creative growth opportunities outside traditional channels.
• Ad Optimization & Budget Guidance: Audit our existing Meta and campaigns. Make practical recommendations to improve performance, lower our cost-per-lead, and get the most out of our budget.
• Fresh Lead Generation: Brainstorm and try out quick, creative ideas outside of standard paid advertising (e.g., local community groups, organic social strategies, local workplace outreach, or referral schemes).

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (specifically working with and/or ).
• Strong understanding of lead generation basics.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset—you are motivated by hitting targets and earning commission.
• Marketing: 1 year (required)

• A love for football or grassroots sports is a massive bonus!
