Responsibilities

• Social-First Concepting & Creation
• Develop original, culturally relevant content ideas across always-on BAU and campaign work
• Concept and produce engaging content across TikTok, Instagram and Meta platforms
• Film, edit and publish social content with strong attention to platform nuances and best practices
• Confidently present creative concepts and decks to clients, telling a clear and compelling story
• Contribute creative thinking to new business pitches, including content pillars and always-on ideas
• On-Camera & Creator Presence
• Be a confident face on camera where needed
• Bring personality and authenticity to content output
• Identify opportunities for creator-led storytelling and influencer collaborations

Requirements

• Proven experience in a social media or content role (agency or in-house)
• Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to generate distinctive, original ideas
• Confident filming and editing content for social platforms
• Comfortable presenting work to clients
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Meta, including platform nuances and best practices
• Passion for online culture, trends and social vernacular
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

• Experience briefing or ideating influencer and creator content is a bonus
