Own end-to-end design for Brick Borrow across digital and print, shaping campaigns from concept to delivery while collaborating with the website/development team to ensure brand consistency and optimal user experiences.

Lead creative for social, email and web assets
Drive multi-format campaigns and brand-aligned visuals
Ensure high-quality, conversion-focused design across channels

Job Description

Responsibilities

Design high-performing creative for Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms
Create paid social advertising campaigns and variations for testing
Design email marketing graphics and campaign creative
Create promotional graphics for individual LEGO® sets, products, offers and add-ons
Develop creative concepts for seasonal and wider marketing campaigns
Produce engaging social media posts, stories and other digital content
Adapt creative across multiple formats and channels while maintaining consistency
Design and improve key areas of the Brick Borrow website
Create page layouts, graphics and UI concepts for areas such as Plans & Pricing, gift cards, corporate services and landing pages
Use design to improve clarity, usability, customer experience and conversion

Requirements

A strong professional portfolio is essential
3+ years' professional design experience, or an exceptional equivalent portfolio
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Experience with Figma or similar digital/UI design tools
Strong typography, layout and visual communication skills
Excellent understanding of branding and brand consistency
Confidence designing across digital, social, print and web
Good understanding of social media and digital marketing
Ability to take a project from initial idea through to finished artwork
Creative thinker with a strong understanding of what grabs attention

Preferred

Experience designing paid social advertising
Experience within eCommerce, subscription or consumer brands
Basic video editing or motion graphics experience
Experience with packaging design
Photography or photo editing experience
Experience creating website/UI designs
Experience working with printers and preparing artwork for production
