Job Summary

Own end-to-end creator strategy from briefing and sourcing to analysis, feedback and scaling, driving performance through tailored briefs, strong creator matching, and data-informed creative direction.

  • Lead ideation, briefing, and evaluation to iterate and scale high‑performing concepts.
  • Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing team to hand off deals, track access, and ensure timely live campaigns.
  • Utilize AI-enabled research and analytics to sharpen creative decisions and maintain a structured workflow.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Briefing: Write scripts and open briefs for both UGC creators and influencers, building on winning concepts in the ad account while leaving room for each creator’s own style.
  • Creator Matching: Understand the strengths each creator brings and match them to the right briefs, scripts, personas and angles.
  • Talent Sourcing & Handover: Find the right creators for specific briefs, focusing on who will drive performance rather than reach, and hand them over to our Influencer Marketing Executive to negotiate. Keep track of when whitelisting and partnership access is granted, so creator ads can go live without delay.
  • Analysis: Dig into the ad account data yourself to understand which scripts, hooks, angles and creators are working. Review Meta spend, CAC and trials generated, and use test results to recommend what to brief, iterate or scale next.
  • Ideation: Proactively research customers, competitors, category trends and new creator formats to develop original concepts and a prioritised testing plan.
  • Feedback & Delivery: Review creator content with strong attention to detail, give clear, constructive feedback and keep briefs and revisions moving to agreed deadlines. Before anything goes live, check content in-house against the brief, brand guidance and approved claims, and flag any ASA/CAP or disclosure concerns for review.
  • Editing: Edit creator content in CapCut, including testing new hooks, adding captions and music, and recutting footage into new variations. Help with statics in Canva or Figma where needed, and flag production needs early.
  • Scaling & AI: Suggest tools and processes to help scale the function. Use AI to support research, ideation, briefing and analysis, checking the quality of its output. Keep creator briefs, content and results up to date in the team’s CRM and content workflows.

Requirements

  • Typically 2-3 years of experience in creative strategy, UGC, influencer marketing or paid social, with the quality of your work and results carrying most weight.
  • Experience creating creator or UGC ads for Meta, with examples of results and how you used them to improve the next round of creative.
  • A strong instinct for what makes a creator brief perform, from hooks, script and visual style to the core structure of performance ads.
  • Confidence using performance data to shape creative direction and priorities.
  • Experience writing briefs and scripts, giving constructive feedback and taking creator content through to final delivery.
  • A strong eye for talent and an understanding of how to match creators to angles.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of a busy creative pipeline.
  • Experience editing video in CapCut or similar editors.
  • Enthusiasm about using AI to improve the quality and efficiency of your work.
  • Willingness to learn and follow our brand and advertising compliance processes.

Preferred

  • Experience with DTC or subscription brands, TikTok, creator partnership ads, CRM tools, ASA/CAP guidance or statics in Canva or Figma would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Benefits

  • A gorgeous office in the heart of The Strand stocked with free coffee, tea, soft drinks, snacks and more.
  • 25 days of annual leave, plus your birthday off and the ability to carry over days.
  • A MacBook or PC and the technology you need to get set up.
  • Private healthcare with dental and optical cover.
  • A pension with employer contributions.
  • An EMI options scheme so you can invest in the growth you build.
  • Generous learning and development opportunities and budgets to further enhance your skills.
  • £50 a month wellness budget/gym contribution.
  • Paid charity days to support causes that matter to you.
  • Free counselling and coaching through Spill and MoreHappi.
