Responsibilities

• Marketing strategy & planning — priorities, budgets, deadlines and measurable outcomes.
• Website & SEO — build, improve, optimise and keep it moving.
• Google & local marketing — Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Bing, Apple Maps and local SEO.
• Social & content — work closely with our Social Media Manager to guide content direction, priorities and performance.
• Photography & video — confidently shoot food, people, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content using a camera or smartphone.
• Creative & brand — menus, packaging, signage, print and campaigns.
• Delivery platforms — manage Deliveroo and Uber Eats listings, pricing and menu consistency.
• Reviews & customer insight — generate reviews, respond to feedback and turn customer insights into action.
• Local growth & catering — build relationships with nearby offices, create a target list, take samples out and turn prospects into recurring accounts.
• You’ll be expected to make things happen , not simply brief someone else and wait.

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ marketing experience , ideally with at least some experience owning or managing marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, SEO, analytics and website platforms .
• Comfortable with Canva/Figma and basic photography, videography and short-form editing .
• Commercially minded and comfortable working with budgets, performance and growth metrics .
• Organised, proactive, curious and comfortable working in a fast-moving small business.
• Happy to work in the restaurant, on the floor and out in nearby offices .
• Available to start within one week of receiving an offer .
