Marketing Graduate

Responsibilities

• As a Marketing Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, solve real business challenges and make an impact from day one. You'll gain hands-on experience, develop the critical skills needed for your future career and build a network that will support you throughout your journey.
• Across the two-year programme, through a variety of placements, you'll build experience in areas such as product management, marketing, customer insight, analytics, sustainability and innovation.
• You'll develop skills in customer research, data-driven decision making, campaign delivery, stakeholder engagement and commercial thinking, using insight and creativity to help shape better experiences for our customers and support the energy transition.
• A two-year programme, featuring three rotational placements across different areas of our Marketing Teams

Requirements

• Expecting a minimum 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Masters)
• Right to work in the UK
• Curious, proactive and keen to learn
• Willingness to travel and relocate between placements where required
• Available to start in September 2027
