Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the firm's business objectives and long-term growth plans.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential client sectors.
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website development, search marketing, social media, email campaigns and online brand positioning.
Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue from accounting, taxation and business advisory services.
Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, business owners, financial institutions and professional referral partners.
Prepare marketing plans, business cases and management reports.
Analyse market trends, client acquisition, marketing performance and commercial opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate marketing and business development activities with the firm's accounting, taxation and advisory teams.
Monitor client satisfaction, retention and business development performance, recommending improvements where appropriate.
Ensure marketing and commercial activities comply with applicable professional standards, confidentiality requirements and UK data protection legislation.
