Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote solar and energy efficient across various areas.
• Conduct B2C sales outreach through telemarketing efforts, engaging potential clients for future installs.
• Manage customer relationships using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as adminbase to track appointment.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively in English to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support closing deals through targeted marketing initiatives.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, client interactions, and campaign performance metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in solar and energy efficient windows to refine marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2C and B2B sales or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms will be provided.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential for engaging a broad customer base.
• Prior experience in marketing or sales within the renewable energy sector is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify new opportunities for growth.
