Responsibilities

Own and execute Take Command’s communications strategy across SEO, PR, content, and social media
Oversee the website channel to ensure the copy and customer journeys are optimal and drive lead conversion to meet company goals.
Lead content development, including blogs, thought leadership, web copy, case studies, bylines, and sales enablement content
Partner closely with Growth and Product Marketing to support demand generation, launches, campaigns, and ICP-focused messaging
Own agency partner relationships and provide ongoing guidelines and deadlines to keep the executional plans on schedule
Collaborate with Sales to develop content that supports the buyer journey and enables meaningful prospect conversations
Manage PR efforts, including media outreach, press releases, contributed content, and relationship-building with reporters and industry publications
Develop and manage Take Command’s social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice and thought leadership across channels
Work with internal thought leaders and subject matter experts to shape POVs, narratives, and industry commentary
Oversee SEO strategy in partnership with growth and external vendors, including keyword planning, content optimization, and performance tracking
