Job Summary

Own and coordinate day-to-day B2B marketing across branding, collateral, and communications for multiple business units, turning technical details into customer-focused content and campaigns.

Brand governance and cross-unit messaging to ensure consistent external image and marketing assets.

Responsibilities

Own and manage day‑to‑day marketing execution across branding, marketing, and communications for multiple business units.
Create, update, and maintain both print and digital marketing collateral including web content, video content, brochures, catalogs, apparel, and tradeshow displays.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical/operational details and translate them into compelling written, visual, and video content. Periodic jobsite visits may be necessary.
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong organization, prioritization, and follow‑through.
Execute lead generation efforts across key business lines using:
Website content, SEO, and technical updates
Email campaigns and newsletters
LinkedIn, YouTube, and other professional platforms
Print and digital one‑pagers, brochures, and catalogs
Manage and direct third-party online marketing services subcontractor (Thomas Net).

Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other applicable field.
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Ability to work on‑site at JBS HQ and occasionally travel to construction and manufacturing jobsites within the Mid-South.
Valid Operator’s Driver’s License and acceptable MVR required.
Drug testing/screening, background checks, and reference checks will be performed.

Preferred

Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure related fields.
Comfort translating technical services into clear, customer focused messaging.
Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms to support lead tracking, segmentation and campaign execution.
Ability to analyze digital performance data and use insights to improve campaigns, content and lead generation outcomes.
A continuous improvement and long-term ownership mindset.
Graphic design, photography, videography and video editing skills.
Familiarity with paid digital channels and working with internal and external partners to support lead generation.
Understanding of website and landing page best practices to support conversion and lead capture.
