Job Summary

Own communications and media across strategy, planning, and delivery for agency programs, coordinating calendars, budgets, and major events while shaping storytelling through press, social, and volunteer-led content.

  • Communications & Program Calendar: lead annual plan, drive tasks, and oversee event communications.
  • Media & Storytelling: serve as media contact, coordinate appearances, produce releases and impact stories.
  • Creative Delivery & Community Engagement: supervise design/DDMC, back up social/website, and foster volunteer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Communications Strategy & Planning: Create annual communications calendar, lead execution of tasks, manage budget, and oversee major event communications including Rouler.
  • Media Relations & Storytelling: Act as main media contact, coordinate appearances, produce press releases and media alerts, and write client impact stories.
  • Creative Delivery & Community Engagement: Supervise DDMC and designer, back up social/website, and oversee volunteer engagement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience working with writing, marketing, design, web management, and/or social media management.
