Job Summary

Support the flow of EYI marketing and events by coordinating client communications, asset gathering, and scheduling while ensuring designers have what they need and deadlines are met.

  • Own information flow to designers and clients
  • Track deadlines and coordinate scheduling and asset organization
  • Flag issues early to keep projects on track

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with routine client communication, follow-ups, reminders, and requests for information or assets.
  • Monitor assigned projects and flag questions, delays, or client needs that require Jamilah's attention.
  • Coordinate the graphic design workflow for Think & Thrive Thursday livestreams.
  • Gather and organize speaker headshots, bios, event information, copy, links, and other materials needed by the graphic designer.
  • Create and manage design requests through the company's project management dashboard.
  • Track graphic revisions and approvals to ensure promotional materials are completed on schedule.
  • Proofread graphics and marketing materials for dates, times, names, links, spelling, and other details before publication.
  • Schedule approved Elevate Your Impact social media content across designated platforms.
  • Make sure captions, graphics, tags, links, and publishing dates are correct before scheduling.
  • Help maintain the EYI marketing/content calendar and track upcoming deadlines.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Highly organized and able to keep track of multiple small deadlines.
  • Comfortable communicating professionally with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable learning social media scheduling and project management platforms.
  • Basic Canva knowledge is helpful, but advanced graphic design skills are not required.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Responsive and reliable, especially when a project has a time-sensitive deadline.

  • Basic Canva knowledge is helpful, but advanced graphic design skills are not required.
  • Marketing, communications, public relations, business, or related coursework/experience is a plus.
