Job Summary

Coordinate external agency partnerships to drive integrated energy-marketing campaigns, owning project workflows, brand consistency, and cross-functional alignment to deliver timely, high-quality programs.

  • Agency Partnerships: Chair day-to-day liaison between Rolfson Oil and marketing agencies, ensuring clear briefs, budgets, and deliverable reviews.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, schedule, and monitor multi-channel campaigns across digital, brand, and content, with regular status updates and risk mitigation.
  • Brand & Content Alignment: Maintain brand standards and technical accuracy in customer- and partner-facing assets while guiding go-to-market refinements for new services.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact between Rolfson Oil and external marketing agency partners
  • Coordinate marketing projects, campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables with agency account teams
  • Brief agencies on campaign objectives, messaging priorities, brand standards, and project expectations
  • Review, edit, and approve agency deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with company objectives
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and maintain clear communication between internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Proactively identify project risks, communication gaps, or timeline concerns and recommend solutions
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, brand, and content channels
  • Assist in developing and refining go-to-market strategies for new services, initiatives, and operational capabilities
  • Coordinate internal approvals and gather cross-functional feedback from operations, sales, and leadership teams
  • Maintain and manage the departmental marketing calendar to ensure projects are properly prioritized and resourced

Requirements

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to write clear, compelling marketing content and project briefs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and brand consistency
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to support both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to independently manage workstreams and drive projects to completion
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies, vendors, or third-party partners
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, web, SEO, social media, and paid media

Preferred

  • Knowledge of oilfield equipment and operations preferred
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, CMS platforms, or similar tools preferred
  • Experience in B2B, energy industrial, or critical infrastructure industries preferred
