Job Summary

Own the lung market access agenda by turning landscape knowledge into strategic playbooks, align cross functionally on payer value and scientific narratives, and push coherent positioning for lung assets across global forums.

Own cross-functional lung access strategy development and forum leadership across global and regional teams.
Lead asset-specific lung strategy and ensure coherent messages with GMAx leads and payer stakeholders.
Monitor competitors and pricing to shape the payer narrative and market access plan.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Translating deep knowledge of the Lung access landscape into insights to develop access strategies across stakeholder workstreams. - Collaborating with Oncology Global Market Access and Pricing Team, Oncology Global Marketing, Oncology US Marketing, HH International, Global Pricing, Value and Implementation Teams, Policy, Regional Market Access teams, SAS to provide lung market access viewpoints. - Developing payer value propositions and scientific narratives that relate to pipeline assets with lung indications. - Leading the lung strategy development for selected pipeline assets and guiding discussions at key forums and meetings. - Monitoring oncology global competitors and comparator prices and strategy. - Collaborating with GMAx asset leads to ensure coherent strategy development across the pipeline. Requirements - Bachelor\'s degree with Business or Science related discipline. - Master\'s degree (MBA/MS) or other post-graduate Degree (preferred). - Required Knowledge and Skill: Oncology including knowledge of the lung clinical development space. - Knowledgeable about product development and commercialization process. - Understanding of the global payer environment and perspectives in lung cancer. - Experience in strong influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution skills. - Strategic thinking and integration skills. - Experience successfully leading cross functional matrix teams. - Proven success working within large and complex strategic initiatives. - Strong project management and implementation/operational skills.
