Job Summary

Own cross-functional marketing strategy and market-insight driven content to fuel cybersecurity services growth, with clear ownership of research, campaigns, and ROI alignment.

  • Growth & Insight: Marketing Strategy to identify markets, segments, and competitive positioning; lead research to generate sales-ready insights.
  • Content & Brand: Create technical content and ensure consistent GLI Secure messaging across channels while managing events and partnerships.
  • Demand & ROI: Run multi-channel campaigns, track ROI and sales impact using CRM/MA tools, and align with sales on pipeline outcomes.

Job Description

  • Marketing Strategy: Work with management to align the marketing plan with business objectives and identify market opportunities, segments, and competitive positioning to drive growth into target markets.
  • Market Research: Lead ongoing industry and competitive analysis and translate findings into actionable insights for sales strategy and decision making.
  • Content Development: Produce whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and industry reports that clearly convey our value proposition across verticals.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand drivers and adapt marketing solutions to support corporate growth.
  • Campaigns: Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Branding and Engagement: Ensure consistent GLI Secure messaging across channels, elevate brand trust, and represent the company at events and with strategic partners.
  • Marketing ROI and Sales Alignment: Define and report on campaign ROI, conversion rates, and sales outcomes using CRM and marketing automation to connect activity to results.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and monitor marketing budgets, allocating resources across campaigns, events, content, and strategic initiatives.
  • Agency and Vendor Oversight: Manage external agencies and partners to ensure deliverables, timelines, and brand standards are met.
  • Other duties as assigned.
