Job Summary

Own the planning and execution of firm marketing communications for events and initiatives, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and coordinating with attorneys, BD, and events teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing communications for firm-sponsored events, programs, and initiatives.
Develop compelling event invitations, registration campaigns, reminders, follow-up communications, and promotional materials.
Create and execute communication plans that drive event awareness, audience engagement, and registration.
Partner with attorneys, Business Development, and Events teams to ensure messaging aligns with firm objectives and target audiences.
Coordinate digital and social media promotion to support events and marketing initiatives.
Support onsite event communications and post-event engagement efforts.
Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns in partnership with senior marketing leadership.
Translate strategic marketing objectives into organized, actionable project plans with clear timelines and deliverables.
Oversee multiple concurrent marketing initiatives while ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and execution across marketing channels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or marketing project management.
Demonstrated experience managing event marketing campaigns, communications, and promotional initiatives.
Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and messaging skills, particularly for professional audiences.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and competing deadlines.
Experience working directly with senior leaders, executives, or other high-level stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing technology, and digital marketing reporting.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professional judgment, and ability to work independently.

Preferred

Prior marketing experience within a law firm, legal services organization, or professional services environment.
Experience partnering directly with attorneys and Business Development teams.
Familiarity with Drupal, WordPress, or other website content management systems.
Experience developing event registration campaigns and analyzing marketing engagement metrics.
Experience improving marketing workflows, templates, and communication processes.
