Own the end-to-end paid search lifecycle from budget pacing through launch, optimization, and reporting, driving performance across campaigns.

Responsibilities

Daily Budget Pacing: Meticulously review and monitor platform and campaign budgets daily to ensure optimal pacing and prevent over/underspending.
Paid Search Campaign Launch: Execute the launch of new paid search campaigns from start to finish, including:
Thorough keyword research and selection.
Crafting compelling and effective ad copy.
Structuring efficient and logical ad groups.
Paid Search Optimization: Continuously optimize paid search campaigns for maximum performance, including:
Performing regular keyword optimizations (e.g., adding negatives, adjusting bids).
Conducting ad copy quality reviews and A/B testing to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
Adjusting bids, audience targeting, and other campaign settings to improve KPIs.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting insights and recommendations.

Requirements

1-2 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads experience is a must).
Demonstrated working knowledge of paid social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and client-facing skills with experience presenting results and strategies to internal teams.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment and juggle multiple priorities.
