Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and customers.
• Help improve Vonza's customer acquisition strategy.
• Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships.
• Track marketing performance and help optimize campaigns based on results.
• Assist with launches, promotions, webinars, events, and special campaigns.
• Help generate and convert new sales opportunities for both Vonza and our coaching program.
• Follow up with leads and prospects.
• Support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to increase conversions and average customer value.
• Work with the team to improve the customer journey from lead to purchase.

Requirements

• Experienced in marketing, sales, operations, or growth
• Comfortable working across multiple areas of a business
• Results-oriented and motivated by revenue and measurable growth
• A strong communicator and excellent team player
• Comfortable creating content and communicating online
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable using technology, AI tools, CRM systems, and marketing platforms
• Able to look at a problem and figure out how to solve it without waiting to be told every step
