Job Summary

Own the biddable strategy across paid social, programmatic, paid search and influencer amplification, guiding multi-channel planning, data-driven optimization, and senior-level leadership to drive client growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the overarching biddable strategy across paid social, programmatic, paid search and influencer amplification, built on audience strategy and tied to client growth goals.
Partner closely with the planning and investment team on budget allocation, channel mix, platform commitments and partner negotiations.
Translate investment priorities into channel plans, testing roadmaps and performance targets the team can execute.
Bring data, technology and AI into how we plan, buy and optimize, making our biddable approach more intelligent and adaptive.
Manage senior platform relationships (Meta, TikTok, Google, DSPs and others) to secure betas, support and value.
Act as the senior biddable voice in client meetings, QBRs and new business pitches, showing how our unified model drives business impact.
Partner closely with our decision science team to analyze performance, provide insights and recommend optimizations to align in-market strategy with client goals to achieve or exceed benchmarks
Lead paid social as the priority biddable channel, setting strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, LinkedIn and Reddit.
Bring media-driven creative direction to the creative team: audience, platform and format insight that shapes concepts from the brief stage, not after.
Synchronize media planning and message creation so every social and creator touchpoint works together as one orchestrated consumer experience.

Requirements

8+ years of agency-side or in-house biddable media experience
Deep expertise in paid social, with strong working knowledge of programmatic and paid search.
Proven experience amplifying creator and influencer content through paid media, including whitelisting, usage rights and performance measurement.
Experience working closely with creative and influencer teams to build paid social programs, ideally where media informs the creative.
Experience partnering with investment or trading teams on budgets, platform deals and channel mix.
Comfortable in an integrated model where strategy, media, data, technology, AI and creative work as one team.
Proven experience leading blended onshore and offshore teams across time zones.
Track record of managing significant multi-channel budgets across multiple clients.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with attribution, incrementality, pacing and performance data.
Confident communicator who can explain biddable strategy to clients and senior stakeholders.
