Design and implement lead lifecycle and nurturing strategies to improve conversion and campaign performance.
Establish campaign KPIs, measurement frameworks, and testing strategies to continuously optimize performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign results, applying data-driven insights and testing to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee execution of campaigns across channels (digital, email, webinars, and events), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in demand generation, campaign strategy, and B2B marketing, ideally within the technology sector.
Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven campaign strategies that drive lead generation and support business growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing strategies.
Experience with segmentation, persona development, and full-funnel campaign planning.
Experience owning campaign planning cycles, including goal setting, budgeting, and performance forecasting.
Experience with marketing automation tools (Dynamics 365 a plus) and comfort working with campaign performance data.
Solid project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Boulder, CO office.
