Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the global roadmap for marketing systems and capabilities across in partnership with business owners and service providers:
Modular content management
Content hubs and repositories
Digital engagement platforms
Consent and campaign management platforms
Act as the primary IT partner to Global Marketing leaders and content customers.
Content Supply Chain & MLR Enablement
Lead platforms supporting and partner with Service providers:
Content authoring and publishing
Medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review workflows

Requirements

10+ years in marketing technology, commercial IT, or digital platforms within Life Sciences
Deep understanding of regulated content and MLR processes
Experience with global marketing platforms (e.g., CMS, DAM, marketing automation, digital engagement tools)
Hands on experience applying GenAI or advanced analytics in regulated commercial environments
Strong stakeholder management across Marketing, Medical, Legal, and IT
