Social Media (Virtual Assistant) - Part-Time (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Publish prepared content across social media accounts multiple times per day, following established processes and guidelines.
• Research viral content on Instagram daily to identify successful posts, emerging trends, and ideas that may inform the team's content strategy.
• Engage with the audience and help maintain an active, connected online community.
• Review posts for quality and accuracy before publishing to prevent errors or substandard content from going live.
• Follow the social media team's instructions and maintain consistent execution across platforms.
• Remain reachable for occasional urgent issues outside regular working hours, including weekends, when a quick correction may be needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States; applicants outside the U.S. will not be considered.
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Ability to publish content multiple times per day consistently.
• High level of reliability, trustworthiness, and attention to detail.
• Interest in a long-term position and willingness to grow with the team.
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain quality standards, and take responsibility for the brand's online reputation.
• Willingness to support the company's approach to social media and work respectfully with its team.
