Job Description

Own and optimize email and multi-channel communications for HOA clients, aligning with brand, driving engagement, and supporting growth campaigns with marketing calendars, collateral, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities: Create and manage client newsletters
Develop email drip campaigns
Manage marketing email campaigns through Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM
Schedule and distribute communication to boards, clients, prospective communities
Ensure communications reflect the company’s brand voice and messaging standards
Monitor engagement and optimize campaigns
Coordinate marketing campaigns
Support targeted campaigns for prospective HOA clients and referral partners
Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules
Track campaign performance and reporting results

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Two or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Experience managing email campaigns and marketing automation tools
Ability to organize multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with sales leadership

Preferred: Experience with Zoho CRM or Zoho Campaigns is a plus
