Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary marketing lead for assigned properties, overseeing the execution of brand initiatives while ensuring strategic alignment
Guide property-level marketing calendars, aligning content and campaigns with revenue goals and demand trends
Lead monthly marketing calls and join weekly revenue calls to stay informed on key business needs
Own quarterly reporting and strategic performance analysis, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation
Support executional needs such as website updates, GMB management, and content deployment
Work closely with the Director of Growth & Performance Marketing to enhance SEM, paid social, and display ad strategies
Support paid media efforts by providing strategic insights, audience targeting recommendations, and creative direction for ad campaigns
Identify and recommend CRO initiatives to improve the customer journey on the website, working with the performance team to suggest A/B tests, offer variations, and messaging experiments to optimize conversion rates
Review campaign performance reports and website analytics, identifying key takeaways and ensuring alignment with revenue goals
Partner with social media managers to ensure paid and organic content aligns with brand goals

Requirements

5+ years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, or hospitality marketing
Strong analytical and performance marketing expertise (SEO, paid media, campaign reporting)
Experience working with digital agencies, CRM platforms, and performance tracking tools
Highly strategic and results-driven, able to execute and optimize marketing initiatives effectively
Strong ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining a high level of autonomy

Preferred

Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, paid advertising platforms, and CRM tools is a plus
