Job Summary

Own the pre-sale to post-opening marketing for 160+ franchise locations, turning local market data into a tight media plan, quick course-corrects, and steady momentum during the critical first year.

Ownership: translate market-facing data into channel mix, spend, and timing for each location.
Launch-to-sustain: manage pre-sale to grand opening and keep activity high through month 3 and beyond.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as first marketing contact for new franchisees; lead onboarding calls through the marketing launch process.
Evaluate landscape to determine media strategy including channel mix, spend, and timing based on market size and proximity to existing locations.
Oversee digital setup for new locations: website, Facebook page, Meta/Google ad accounts, listings, and review integrations.
Partner with media agencies to brief pre-sale strategy and ensure campaigns go live on time.
Walk franchisees through media strategy and budget expectations before launch.
Monitor pre-sale performance daily and weekly: leads, CPL, conversion rates, and membership counts against targets.
Communicate results to franchisees and translate data into clear, actionable guidance.
Work with agencies and Franchise Business Coaches to intervene quickly when locations underperform, adjusting creative, spend, or strategy as needed.
Manage the transition from pre-sale offer to grand opening, coordinating messaging and channel priorities for momentum at open.
Hold post-opening spend levels steady through the first three months, maintaining channel activity during the peak first-year window.

Requirements

5+ years in franchise, multi-unit retail, or local/regional marketing with understanding of marketing 160+ individually owned businesses under one brand.
Strong project management; capable of running 8–12 simultaneous location launches at different stages without losing track.
Clear, confident communicator who translates data into plain-language recommendations for franchisees.
Comfortable with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and digital ad dashboards (Zoho, GA4, Meta Business Manager, or equivalent).
Prior experience in a franchise system specifically is a strong plus.
