Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for the development and implementation of the multi-channel marketing programs and strategies to support business line goals. This could include marketing, advertising, promotions, sales collateral and point of sale materials. Delivers measurable, customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement. Evaluates and measures program results to optimize investment. Works with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce materials that are branded and compliant. Collaborates with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies. Works with leadership teams to coordinate, develop and execute marketing events such as tradeshows, seminars, industry sponsorships, local events, etc. to achieve business line goals. Provides solutions and problem solve for business line objectives.
  • Assist Regional Marketing Managers in the execution of integrated event marketing initiatives across various channels.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams — including sales enablement, activation, and digital — to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Leverage insights and data to support strategic recommendations and continuous improvement.
  • Help maintain segment-specific marketing plans, calendars, and timelines.
  • Submit marketing materials for compliance review and ensure timely approvals in alignment with regulatory and brand standards.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities relevant to assigned segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
  • The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting event marketing programs that align with evolving business priorities and drive measurable business results.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills to successfully deliver multiple events on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in Cvent event management software is highly desirable and will enable faster onboarding and immediate contribution.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms, analytics dashboards).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
