Job Summary

Own and optimize the customer lifecycle at a State Farm agent level by turning inquiries into policy actions and renewals, while linking customer needs with product options.

Customer ownership: Manage the end-to-end interactions, policy applications, and renewals to protect retention.
Marketing on behalf of customers: Proactively present relevant insurance solutions to drive adoption and satisfaction.

You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in sales preferred.
State Farm experience is a plus
