Job Summary

Own end-to-end loyalty marketing programs across email, digital, site, and offline touchpoints, turning data into actionable campaigns that grow The Key Rewards membership and incremental spend.

  • Data-driven optimization: SQL querying, data quality, and trend analysis to drive better campaigns.
  • Insightful reporting: translate results into cross-functional recommendations and clear dashboards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize loyalty marketing campaigns across email, digital, site, store, print, and other customer touchpoints.
  • Support The Key Rewards campaign strategy, including acquisition, retention, seasonal, life stage, evergreen, and triggered communications.
  • Write campaign briefs, define audience requirements, coordinate creative development, route approvals, and manage execution timelines.
  • Partner with internal teams, Capital One, and third-party vendors to deliver online and offline campaigns that support loyalty program objectives.
  • Use SQL to query, validate, clean, and analyze customer, campaign, and transaction data for campaign QA, reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Partner with data and technology teams to investigate program trends, troubleshoot data issues, and improve loyalty program data quality.
  • Analyze campaign performance across engagement, conversion, customer behavior, spend, retention, test results, and Loyalty KPIs.
  • Translate performance results into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, Domo, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Present campaign results and insights to cross-functional partners in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
