Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive Visual Inspiration & Conversion
Be a key leader on our team to define the way we show our product to our customers and drive conversion.
Define and roll out improved photography and post-production standards for existing and new products to drive augment customer inspiration
Partner with Web product management team to test and measure how imagery changes affect sample conversion and other key metrics.
Audit current flats, dimensions, lifestyle, and rendering photography to identify gaps in quality, consistency, and conversion performance.
Build Web & Content Strategy
Rethink which photo types should appear on product pages, and in what sequence, to best support the customer's decision-making journey.
Develop guidelines for photo selection, sequencing, and merchandising across the website and other digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to align imagery strategy with brand and sales goals.
Implement AI & Innovative technology

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred; background in photography, visual merchandising, e-commerce, or a related field a plus.
Genuine interest in and familiarity with AI imaging tools and technology; hands-on experience is a plus.
3+ years of experience in photo/creative production, project management, digital content, or a related field.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to scope, plan, and drive cross-functional initiatives independently.
An eye for image quality and strong instincts for what drives customer engagement and conversion online.
Comfortable managing freelancers and outside vendors to execute against a project plan.
