Job Description

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day management and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
Build and manage campaign structures across prospecting and retargeting audiences aligned with ecommerce and direct response goals
Develop and execute creative testing frameworks to improve performance across formats, hooks, and messaging
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, CVR, and revenue
Manage audience segmentation strategies including lookalikes, broad targeting, and first-party retargeting audiences
Monitor spend, pacing, and budget allocation across campaigns to ensure efficient growth
Identify creative fatigue and proactively launch new testing initiatives to maintain performance
Create performance reports and present insights and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders

Requirements

2-4+ years of hands-on paid social campaign management experience
Experience managing ecommerce or DTC campaigns with revenue and ROAS targets
Strong platform experience with Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar platforms
Experience managing prospecting and retargeting strategies across the marketing funnel
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics and large datasets
