Job Summary

Own HubSpot operations including workflows, nurturing, data hygiene, audience segmentation, and cross-tool integrations, ensuring accurate reporting and aligned marketing-sales automations; collaborate with RevOps, Sales and SDRs to keep processes consistent and well-documented.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Building and managing HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, newsletters, lifecycle stages and re-engagement campaigns.
Managing how marketing leads move through the funnel and are handed over to Sales.
Maintaining data quality in HubSpot, including deduplication, list management and contact hygiene.
Building and managing audience segments for email, paid and lifecycle campaigns.
Supporting integrations between HubSpot and tools including Clay, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn .
Maintaining reporting and dashboards and making sure our marketing data can be trusted.
Supporting consent management, cookie configuration and email preferences across our marketing activity.
Working with RevOps to make sure marketing and sales automations work together properly.
Creating and maintaining SOPs and documentation around our HubSpot processes.
Helping Sales and SDRs with day-to-day marketing operations issues, including contact data, routing and CRM questions.

Requirements

3–5 years’ experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or CRM administration, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
You should have:
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot , particularly workflows, lists, properties, lifecycle stages and reporting.
Good understanding of CRM data and the importance of keeping it clean and consistent.
Experience working across Marketing and Sales.
Experience creating and maintaining processes and SOPs.
A good understanding of marketing automation and lead management.
Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving approach.
The ability to manage your own workload and work across multiple priorities.
Good communication skills and the confidence to work with people across the business.
