  • Lead SEO, local search optimization, AI-enabled strategies, and content initiatives with cross-office teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Reputation & Reviews
  • Coordinate and track review requests for attorneys, offices, and practice areas.
  • Help identify appropriate moments to request reviews from satisfied clients.
  • Draft and coordinate review responses.
  • Monitor Google, Facebook, Avvo, Justia, and other relevant online profiles.
  • Escalate negative reviews or reputation issues promptly.
  • Google Business Profile & Local Visibility
  • Maintain and update Google Business Profiles for firm locations.
  • Coordinate office photos, attorney photos, service descriptions, posts, FAQs, and business information.
  • Help ensure consistency across online directories, attorney profiles, and location pages.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing, communications, legal marketing, professional services marketing, or similar experience.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working with attorneys, leadership, vendors, and administrative staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple offices, projects, and priorities without constant supervision.
  • Experience in many of the following areas: AI search optimization and emerging search technologies, Experience, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Content strategy, Marketing automation, Website management (WordPress preferred), Reputation management, Data analytics and reporting
  • You may be a good fit if you are:

Preferred

  • Experience with social media scheduling, Google Business Profile, website updates, email marketing, Canva, CRM tools, or project management tools preferred.
  • Prior law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, or online reviews is a plus.
