Responsibilities

• - Set up and represent client brands at events and retail locations
• - Approach and engage customers directly, face-to-face
• - Explain products, services, and current promotions clearly
• - Help customers through sign-ups, registrations, or purchases
• - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results
• - Work with the team to hit event and campaign targets
• - Take part in regular training sessions

Requirements

• Previous experience in events, promotions, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Recent graduates, students, and career changers are all welcome to apply.
• It's a hands-on, people-facing role with training and coaching built in from day one — no events or promotions background required.
