Job Description

Responsibilities

Partner primarily with SMB advertisers and agencies to provide measurement solutions that lead to a better understanding of their performance and the value TikTok drives for their business.
Drive measurement adoption at scale by helping advertisers identify the right measurement approach based on their business objectives, maturity, and available data.
Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for clients and agencies.
Set up, monitor, and interpret ad effectiveness studies to help advertisers quantify the impact of TikTok advertising and translate measurement results into actionable recommendations.
Develop and deliver education sessions, resources, and collateral for internal Sales teams, advertisers, and agencies on marketing measurement and best practices.
Identify opportunities proactively to improve measurement adoption, advertiser education, and business impact across the SMB portfolio.
Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product, partnerships, and measurement teams.
Translate complex measurement concepts and results into clear, actionable business recommendations for advertisers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with digital advertising, marketing-related organizations, measurement suppliers.
A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods.
Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of advertisers and projects.
Ability to work effectively, deliver consistent quality at scale, and provide clear guidance on what decisions should be made.
A track record of driving client or stakeholder decisions through clear communication and effective team collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and proactively identify opportunities to help meet the goals of the team and broader organization.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical measurement concepts for non-technical audiences.

Preferred

Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree in science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, research, or a related field preferred.
Experience working with advertising agencies, SMB advertisers, or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred.
Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL and R are a plus; practical experience operating within data for an at-scale business preferred.
Experience developing measurement education, training, or enablement materials for sales teams, advertisers, or agencies.
Experience with advertising effectiveness measurement, including lift studies, experimentation, attribution, or other measurement methodologies.
Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems is a plus.
