Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist with the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing campaigns, projects, events, and promotional activities across digital, print, and promotional channels
Create and maintain marketing materials and communications, including promotional content, newsletters, advertisements, event materials, and messaging for internal and external audiences
Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, engagement metrics, and other marketing activities
Assist with managing company social media accounts, digital marketing platforms, website content, and online marketing materials
Help maintain consistent brand standards and messaging across marketing channels and communications
Coordinate logistics, timelines, calendars, documentation, and other administrative activities related to marketing projects and campaigns
Assist with vendor coordination and communication related to marketing services and initiatives
Organize and maintain marketing assets, files, and campaign materials
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to support company initiatives and business objectives
Conduct marketing research and data collection to support strategy development and decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles preferred. Internship or entry-level marketing experience may be considered
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing tools
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing software platforms
