Job Summary

Own end-to-end social content creation from concept to production, guiding campaigns and platform storytelling across trends, collaboration with teams, and performance-driven optimization.

Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and marketing to optimize performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Concept, plan, shoot, edit, and design social content.
Turn briefs, trends, and insights into creative concepts.
Develop authentic brand stories tailored to different platforms.
Create both rapid-turn social content and polished campaign work.
Monitor cultural trends and online conversations.
Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and marketing teams.
Work with media and strategy teams to analyze content performance.
Use performance insights to continuously improve creative output.
Experiment with new tools and technologies, including AI.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience creating engaging brand content for social media.
Strong knowledge of Meta and TikTok content creation and trends.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Experience and interest in using AI tools for creative workflows.
Strong layout design and photo art-direction skills.
Hands-on content creation and production mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

Experience both behind and in front of the camera.
Ability to direct talent and appear on screen when needed.
Creative agency experience.
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
Familiarity with social media analytics and using performance data to improve content.
