Digital Marketing Specialist - Work From Home

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer onboarding, campaign approvals, and updates on marketing plans.
• Manage the monthly marketing cycle, including strategy development, campaign calendars, copywriting, and design for email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
• Use Toast's internal tools to create and manage marketing campaigns.
• Set up and maintain marketing automations, including winback campaigns, receipt marketing, and happy hour promotions.
• Optimize digital channels, including SEO, Google Business Profile, websites, and business listings.
• Design flyers and other printed marketing materials as needed.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, identify actionable insights, and adjust marketing tactics to support customer goals.
• Work with restaurant owners to understand their marketing needs, implement campaign plans, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience using digital marketing tools.
• At least 2 years of experience working with customers on a recurring basis.

Preferred

• A strong eye for design and the ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly campaigns.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the restaurant industry or small-business marketing.
