Responsibilities

Own Bubble Goods' weekly content and campaign calendar across social and email, including New Arrivals, Sunday Saver, holiday gifting, seasonal campaigns, founder stories, and product discovery
Create the content, creative, copy, and messaging to bring campaigns to life across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, email, and other channels
Create short-form video, social content, founder stories, product features, UGC, and other creative assets that showcase the brands and products on Bubble Goods
Identify products, founders, trends, and cultural moments that can become compelling content, campaigns, and recurring Bubble Goods series
Coordinate photography, UGC, product assets, and other creative needs across campaigns
Track social and email performance and use insights to continuously improve content, engagement, audience growth, and impressions
Own the day-to-day of Bubble Goods' newly launching influencer platform
Recruit and onboard food creators, influencers, tastemakers, chefs, wellness creators, and other relevant voices
Build and maintain an active pipeline of creators who authentically align with Bubble Goods
Manage creator outreach, communication, gifting, product discovery, and ongoing relationships

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in social media, content, influencer marketing, community, or a similar role
A strong instinct for what makes people stop scrolling
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, with familiarity across LinkedIn, YouTube, Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, Superfiliate and other relevant marketing platforms
Experience creating and editing short-form video
Experience working with creators, influencers, UGC, or brand partnerships
Familiarity with AI-powered creative and content tools
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
Comfortable being hands-on and creating content yourself
Naturally curious and plugged into food, culture, creators, and what's happening online
