YouTube Education Scriptwriter (Health Niche — $3-6K/Mo)

Responsibilities

• Following the AI workflow that we’ve spent years developing
• Researching, strategizing, and writing 3-4 long-form YouTube scripts (typical word count 2,500-5,000)
• Continuously updating AI prompts & documents to improve workflow
• Staying on top of YouTube scriptwriting best practices and constantly evolving your scriptwriting approach
• Regularly running experiments to discover new scriptwriting strategies that work
• Researching audience sentiment to write content that resonates
• Working with our packaging team to figure out the best possible thumbnails and titles for each script
• Staying up to date on client and competitor thought leadership
• By the time you’re up to speed, you should be able to write one top-tier long form script in a day. As AI improves that might speed up, but right now that’s a realistic expectation. When you get started it will likely be closer to 2 days per script. We know writing well is hard and expect there to be a learning curve. We will give you everything you need to shorten that curve as quickly as possible.

• English is your first language (or you’re so proficient that people can’t tell it’s your second language)
• You have a documented history writing YouTube education content, or similar marketing copy
• You're available to write the quantity and quality we're requesting
• Willing to work on weekends when necessary (if you fall behind)
• Available to start within the next two weeks
