Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage the booth; represent the Sola Wood Flowers brand.
  • Engage with brides-to-be, answer product questions, and explain the benefits of our products.
  • Create a welcoming, organized, and professional booth experience for attendees.
  • Guide couples toward exploring our website and booking a consultation online with a specialist.
  • Arrive earlier than show time to prepare the booth (about 8:00 AM) and handle logistics.
  • Pick up packages from a UPS Store and transport them to the venue; assemble the booth according to setup guide.
  • During the event, keep track of the total number of visitors to the booth.
  • Dismantle the booth after the show, pack materials, and prepare shipments to the next location.

Requirements

  • Must arrive around 8:00 AM for load-in, booth setup, and product display.
  • Complete a short 2–3 hour training program prior to the event.
  • Available for the event date Sunday, April 12, 2026 in Sacramento, CA.
