Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize digital storefronts to ensure a seamless online experience.
• Implement product updates, promotions, and UI/UX improvements for better customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate e-commerce platforms with marketing initiatives.
• Work well within the department and other teams to maintain excellent client experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to storefront functionality, performance, and compatibility.
• Design, develop, and deploy email marketing campaigns using industry best practices.
• Create responsive, HTML-based email templates that align with brand standards.
• Segment audiences, schedule campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize future outreach.
• Ensure email deliverability, compliance with best practices, and accessibility across devices.
• Support website updates, landing pages, and digital marketing assets with HTML, CSS, and responsive web pages.

Requirements

• 5+ years in web development, e-commerce, or digital marketing roles
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Knowledge of email automation, A/B testing, and performance tracking a plus
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
• Prior experience with e-commerce platforms (Pageflex, Propago, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar)
• Working knowledge of USPS and automation workflow software (BCC, Quadient, Enfocus Switch)
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mindfire/BeeFree, HubSpot, etc)
• Experience with SEO, web analytics, and UX best practices

Preferred

• Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools is a plus
• Knowledge of email automation, A/B testing, and performance tracking a plus
• Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, and UX best practices
