Responsibilities

• Build and maintain WordPress and Wix/Wix Studio websites
• Implement technical SEO, custom schema markup and practices that support discovery through traditional and AI-powered search
• Troubleshoot website performance, hosting, DNS, integrations and security issues
• Collaborate with our design and strategy teams to deliver polished, responsive websites
• Estimate projects, track time and manage work within client budgets and deadlines
• Help develop Bran’s web processes and progressively take ownership of projects and client communication

Requirements

• At least five years of professional web development experience
• Strong WordPress and Wix/Wix Studio skills, plus working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Demonstrated experience with technical SEO, JSON-LD schema, Google Search Console and GA4
• Knowledge of indexing, site speed, accessibility and evolving AI-search practices
• Clear communication, strong follow-through and comfort working within shared team systems
• Someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow into department leadership
