Responsibilities

• Own the SEO roadmap for each client site you're assigned, starting with one.
• Run a monthly cycle per site: technical check, on-page work on two priority pages, internal linking, local and Google Business Profile signal review.
• Set the keyword and content targets that feed our existing blog pipeline.
• Build the AEO layer: schema, entity consistency, and content structured so AI search engines cite it.
• Write the SEO section of each client's monthly report in language a chiropractor understands, not language an SEO understands.

Requirements

• Local SEO for service businesses. Dentists, med spas, law firms, HVAC, physical therapy, veterinary, home services.
• Diagnosing why a site isn't ranking and being able to say which single fix you'd do first, and why.
• Writing page copy that reads like a human wrote it for a patient.
• Explaining technical things to non-technical people without condescending.
• Being genuinely curious about AI search, whether or not you're an expert yet.
• You do not need a degree, a certification, an agency background, or ten years of experience.

Preferred

• Experience with AI search and AEO (AI Engine Optimization).
• Self-taught AI search knowledge is acceptable.
