Job Description
Responsibilities
- Publish weekly news stories, produce monthly digital newsletters, and ensure website content remains current, accurate, and engaging.
- Manage a web support ticket queue, complete content updates, and coordinate with the web development team to resolve technical issues and website bugs.
- Maintain and improve the user experience through page layout updates, content organization, and website enhancements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience creating, editing, and publishing digital content for websites, newsletters, or other online platforms.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations, Web Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience managing website content for a large or complex organization.
- Experience writing and editing news stories, feature articles, or digital communications.
- Experience producing email newsletters or other digital communications.
- Knowledge of website accessibility and usability best practices.
- Experience using web analytics tools and data to inform content decisions.
