Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop all brand / strategic planning activity for the Genesis brand in the US.
Develop trusted advisor status with clients by providing deep insights into the dynamics of their business through the development of disciplined and thorough sales, marketing, and consumer behavior analyses.
Develop trusted, relied-upon relationships with creative staff and partner with them in the creative development process.
Craft compelling creative briefs that inspires teams, spark bold ideas, and deliver work that advances the brand.
Work closely with creative teams in crafting these briefs to yield brilliant work that lives across the whole consumer journey. You’ll be working to connect brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes.
Partner with creative and account management peers to develop disruptive ideas at all points of customer contact.
Cultivate consumer insights through data and information analysis.
Assess industry drivers and competitive environment and identify trends, driving forces, and major implications.
Contribute to a department environment that fosters personal and professional growth for department members to encourage loyalty, openness of opinion and constant curiosity.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in brand planning, strategic planning and related communications experience.
Ad agency experience.
Must have a variety of big brand experience
Automotive and Luxury brand experience preferred.
Expertise in brand, social and digital creative strategy.
Expertise in brand development, digital strategy, communications planning, and full-funnel marketing.
