Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of Vapi’s product, developer motion, and enterprise GTM strategy
  • Audit current marketing channels, growth loops, and attribution systems
  • Align with founders and GTM leadership on positioning, priorities, and success metrics
  • Establish marketing operating cadence (OKRs, pipeline reviews, reporting)
  • Refine positioning and messaging across developer and enterprise audiences
  • Begin scaling high-impact growth channels (content, SEO, developer engagement)
  • Launch a cohesive marketing engine spanning developer growth, product marketing, and demand generation
  • Implement clear attribution and resource allocation across channels
  • Deliver measurable impact on developer activation and enterprise pipeline generation
