Job Summary

Own the brand narrative and cross-functional GTM strategy for a product-focused growth leader who unites product, sales, and marketing. Shape differentiated positioning, create high-impact go-to-market plans, and steer narrative across campaigns, PR, and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the co-founder to define and evolve the company’s marketing strategy and narrative
  • Translate company vision, product direction, and market dynamics into clear, differentiated positioning
  • Identify high-leverage opportunities to drive brand awareness and market presence
  • Act as a thought partner on company-wide strategic initiatives impacting growth and perception
  • Own messaging, positioning, and value proposition across products and segments
  • Develop compelling narratives that resonate with target customers and differentiate from competitors
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and key initiatives
  • Ensure tight alignment between product, sales, and marketing
  • Build and evolve a strong, credible, and differentiated brand in the market
  • Oversee content strategy, PR, thought leadership, and external communications
  • Drive creative, high-impact initiatives that increase visibility and engagement (events, partnerships, campaigns)
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all customer-facing touchpoints
  • Design and execute non-traditional, high-leverage demand creation efforts
  • Focus on quality of engagement, narrative penetration, and market influence, not just volume metrics

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with significant experience in product marketing and strategic marketing roles
  • Proven ability to craft positioning, messaging, and narratives for complex products or categories
  • Strong intuition for brand, storytelling, and market perception
  • Track record of launching creative, high-impact marketing initiatives
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically—from big-picture thinking to execution
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and energized by building from 0→1
