Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's overarching global marketing strategy and annual plans.
• Drive brand growth and increase market share in alignment with corporate business objectives.
• Establish and maintain a unified global brand image and brand values.
• Oversee brand communications, public relations (PR), and content strategies.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive international market expansion.
• Formulate regional marketing strategies and ensure their effective execution.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.).
• Leverage data analytics to optimize marketing ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
• Build and lead the global marketing team (including regional marketing leads, brand specialists, growth experts, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher; a major in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 20+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in global or cross-regional marketing management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully building international brands or driving global market growth.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics methodologies.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability to an international work environment.
