Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead with audience insights, translating behaviors, needs, beliefs, and engagement data into clear omnichannel strategies
  • Partner with Medical, Brand, Commercial, and Client Services teams to define differentiated engagement approaches rooted in scientific evidence, customer needs, and business objectives
  • Design connected customer journeys and engagement ecosystems, ensuring relevance across HCP, patient, field force, CRM, digital, congress, and peer-to-peer touchpoints
  • Orchestrate omnichannel activation across CRM, digital, media, field, events, websites, email, and emerging engagement channels to create seamless customer experiences
  • Translate analytics, engagement metrics, and customer data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, facilitating workshops, presenting recommendations, and helping shape future engagement models
  • Partner with analytics, data, and technology teams to measure performance, identify optimization opportunities, and continuously refine customer experiences
  • Support business growth through active participation in new business opportunities, including RFI/RFP responses, pitch development, capabilities presentations, and client workshops
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and business outcomes
  • Champion the use of AI-enabled tools, insights, and workflow innovations to improve strategic planning, content engagement, and customer experience design

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical communications, commercial marketing, or healthcare consulting environments. Significant agency experience strongly preferred
  • Deep expertise in omnichannel strategy, customer journey design, CRM, personalization, and customer engagement planning
  • Strong understanding of commercial pharmaceutical marketing and the unique dynamics between commercial, medical affairs, and medical communications functions
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical brands across launch, growth, lifecycle management, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and analytics and translate findings into meaningful business recommendations and engagement strategies
  • Strong track record of success supporting business development efforts, including RFI/RFP responses, strategic proposals, and client pitch presentations
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders and significant experience working directly with clients including willingness to travel for client meetings, workshops, conferences, and business development activities as needed
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled platforms, generative AI tools, customer engagement technologies, and emerging applications of AI within healthcare communications and marketing
  • Confident abilities as a compelling storyteller with exceptional presentation, facilitation, and strategic thinking skills
